STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN LINGKUNGAN INDOOR DI TKS AL-AZHAR SIEM DALAM MENJAGA KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze indoor environmental management strategies implemented at TKS Al-Azhar Siem in maintaining the quality of early childhood learning. A qualitative descriptive approach was used through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study focuses on classroom arrangement strategies, learning facilities, division of learning areas, lighting, air circulation, and classroom cleanliness management. The results show that indoor environmental management has been implemented optimally through organized classroom arrangement, provision of adequate educational facilities, and active involvement of teachers and children in maintaining comfort and cleanliness. The division of learning, play, and reading areas creates a varied learning atmosphere that supports children's development. Good lighting and air circulation also contribute to children's comfort and health. These strategies have a positive impact on increasing children's enthusiasm, focus, participation, and learning quality. It can be concluded that effective indoor environmental management strategies contribute significantly to improving the quality of early childhood education.
